Supercharge Workshops are a co-creative process where we do the heavy lifting. On average all you need to invest is about an hour and a half of your personal time to work with us to co-create a program that will get rave reviews and produce high impact in your organization. We call the resulting program a POWER WORKSHOP. Here’s how we work with you:

Situation and Target: A short staffed health and education organization seeks to develop the skills of their committee leaders as meeting Chairs that can more independently own and drive results through effective group brainstorming, coaching and best meeting facilitation practices.
Action: A half-day Power Workshop is built using the following modules:
In addition to the best practices contained in these modules, we blended in some of the client’s internal policies, practices and procedures in order to create a truly custom experience.
Results: Participants immediately took charge and began guiding their groups effectively toward objectives with markedly decreased demand for support thus freeing vital resources.

Situation and Target: A financial services company wants to create an inclusive culture, but lacks the budget to hire an army of consultants. They decide that they want to educate and arm their managers with the tools they need to better understand unconscious bias and teach them how to create greater affinity and inclusion as well as how to teach others to become champions as well.
Action: A Power Workshop is built using the following modules:
In addition to delivering this program, participants were taught how to deliver the program, armed with speaker notes and presentation materials and invited to become part of the training team.
Results: Participating managers learned and developed personal techniques for creating more inclusive environments where everyone felt they belonged. Situation and Target: A large insurance company expecting massive changes to its business models wants to make sure that their employee networks are aligned to and supporting their business transformation. To this end, they want their new network leaders, who do not for the most part know each other, to build business-aligned strategic plans that can stay align by pivoting with the company as the organization refines its evolution. They also want all the network leaders to form a partnership of leaders that support each other.
Action: An onboarding Power Workshop is built using the following modules:
Through these modules, we also threaded the client’s leadership model, long term goal targets and collaboration expectations.
Results: Participants left the program with a sense of deep camaraderie and connection with each other, as well as a solid strategy, long term plans and even a strategy for how to remain in sync with the company even if the company made dramatic shifts in their objectives over the course of the next decade. other team members across the company.
